Machine arrived later than expected. The company should let clients know certain delays may occur if holidays are coming up before accepting the purchase. Communication was good, the machine was sent with basically just a picture and instructions video would help due to there are and of different screws. They were able to send create a new photo showing where each screw goes, this really helped. The communication helped solved problems but things could have been better prepared.
